I am a compassionate and empathetic therapist. My approach is eclectic, combining elements of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness & Holistic Practices
Our sessions will be collaborative and empowering. My job is to help you navigate challenges, develop coping mechanisms, and discover your own strengths. In the process I aim to equip you with the tools and insights you need to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life, fostering resilience and self-compassion along the way.
I am a graduate of the UConn School of Social work My career includes working with individuals and families in a primary care and behavioral health model throughout their lifespan and in the most vulnerable of times. I have expertise in the following areas: ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship difficulties, and Life transitions.
