The client-counselor relationship is the foundation on which progress in therapy is made. I take an authentic, empathetic and supportive approach with my clients. My goal is to help you feel empowered to tackle life’s challenges without being weighed down by the fear of judgment. I use an integrative approach to therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered therapy and mind-body techniques. I work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that feels safe, nonjudgmental and solution-oriented. I want you to be curious about your life choices and behavior patterns and will assist you in gaining insight and positive outcomes. I believe that when we better understand the impact that our thoughts and behaviors have on our functioning, we can turn that knowledge into healthier life choices.
