I practice Cognitive Behavior therapy with expertise in treating anxiety, mood and adjustment disorders. I enjoy partnering with my clients to assess and develop goals that focus on gaining insight and making positive lifestyle change. I provide care, support and thoughtful guidance for personal growth, creating new pathways for you to move forward for a healthier life. My background includes adult and adolescent treatment, trauma, group work and mindful techniques. My experience includes school based counseling and work with at-risk teens. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), I integrate mindfulness and yogic approaches into my therapeutic practice.
