About Jenny Casey MA, LCSW

I believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship formed between the therapist and client. It is my intention to create a safe place where you feel seen and heard and can engage in deep self-exploration. Let’s work together to examine your strengths as well as weaknesses so that you can make personal, healthy choices that will enhance your life. I will share clinical strategies, mindfulness techniques and education in mind/body connection in an effort to help you find balance, embrace all life’s challenges and create positive change.

I am a licensed, clinical social worker and have been working with adults and teens in various settings for more than 20 years. In addition to my clinical work, I am a high school counselor. I also have experience is Hospice and bereavement work and support groups for women and teens. I am a long-time yoga and meditation practitioner and a lover of nature. I enjoy incorporating these practices into my therapy work when appropriate and desired.
