About Laura Sanford MA, LPC

I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a licensed Professional Counselor. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have expertise in the areas of trauma, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, chronic mental health disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss as well as treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I use a compassionate, relatable approach to treatment that is tailored to meet your unique needs. In the therapeutic process I focus on helping you to find your voice as we set goals for healing and healthy change. I am honored to support and guide you as we explore the origins of your challenges and help you to move forward in your life journey.
